Sweeten up your water, naturally

Sufficient hydration is essential to good health. As much as it quenches our thirst, it can seem unexciting in comparison to flavored packed juices and sodas. While juices and sodas pack a punch, they also pack on a load of unnecessary sugar, carbs and chemicals.

You can change that by making your   water taste good with natural ingredients!

Experiment with these suggestions for  flavorful and beneficial hydration.

Lemon, Cucumber and Mint

Bedazzle your regular lemon water with some cucumber and mint! This tasty combo is deliciously refreshing. Simply cut up a few slices of lemon and cucumber and a few sprigs of fresh mint leaves.

Tip: Shred the  mint leaves to release the maximum flavor.

Not only is this combo refreshing, it’s also great for aiding digestion.

Strawberry, Raspberry and Blueberry

This berry combo comes with little bursts of flavor and huge bursts of antioxidants!  Slice a few strawberries and add a handful of raspberries and blueberries   And the best part? Eat the berries as a small reward for keeping yourself hydrated.

Grapefruit, Orange and Lime

Citrus=delicious! This zesty combo provides a perfect combination of sweets and bitters. If you prefer a less acidic flavor, simply cut the rinds off your citrus slices. These fruits are great for your digestion and provide your skin with a healthy glow!

We’d love to hear about your own favorite ways to liven up a glass of water!
