benefits!
Chocolate, specifically dark chocolate, contains flavanols
and polyphenols that act as anti-inflammatories in your body. If your skin is
acting up, this DIY chocolate mask could be just the thing for you!
Plus, it’s only two ingredients and super tasty!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder
Directions:
Using a small microwaveable bowl, place your coconut oil in
the microwave for 5-6 seconds. Once the coconut oil is melted, add cocoa powder
and stir thoroughly until everything is combined. Let the mixture cool for a
few minutes, and then spread evenly on your face! Leave the mask on for 15-20
minutes and rinse with a warm washcloth. You’ll be left with silky and sweet
smelling skin!
