We often neglect
our handy helpers, forgetting that they require care and maintenance to avoid
looking old and worn. Simply follow these tips to keep your hands soft, smooth
and youthful-looking.
Exfoliate: While many people use exfoliators to rid
their faces of dull, dead skin, these same benefits apply to the hands. Continual
use and exposure leave our hands vulnerable to, bacteria. Frequent application
of hand sanitizers to avoid infection dries the skin and can leave hands hard
and calloused, looking noticeably more aged. A simple brown sugar or sea salt
scrub can work wonders, cleansing hands and removing dead skin.
Hands Need Sunscreen Too! While
most of us remember to use sunscreen on our faces and bodies, our hands are
often neglected when it comes to UV protection. Exposure to the sun’s harsh
rays causes dark spots and wrinkled skin— clear signs that the ageing process
has kicked in. So before it’s too late, remember hands need protection too!!
Moisturize Daily, Nightly and In Between. Because we wash our hands numerous
times a day, soap and water eventually dry the
skin and make it prone to cracking – especially in colder weather. Keep hand
moisturizer next to the sink and remember to carry some with you.
Herbacin’s
Kamille Hand Cream is specially formulated to moisturize and protect hands.
It’s a “hands down” favorite of generations of women around the world!
