Get in shape for the holiday season

According to Women’s Health Magazine, our weight starts to rise in the month of November, and continues to stay higher than average for three to four months. We gain weight in the winter for many reasons: lack of exercise due to colder weather, vacations where we cherish days of staying in and watching movies, holiday feasts, and eating things we would avoid during the rest of the year!

So, before the over indulgent holiday season gets into full swing, try setting a regular workout plan, class, or couple of days each week to get your heart rate up. Six killer cardio workouts that don’t involve running outside in the cold are:
          Circuit Training
          Indoor Cycling
          High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
          The VersaClimber
          Indoor Rowing
          Plyometrics
