Healthy Hair Tips

With recent weather changes, from cold to warm to chilly again, our hair needs extra love and care!

Here are some helpful hair tips for this season:

Keep the shine

Keeping that luxurious shine is all about getting the essential oils your body needs on the inside and out. When it comes to your diet, make sure to include foods with plenty of essential fatty acids and omega 3s.

These include salmon, avocado, nuts and beans.

Maintain Your Strength

Your hair, just like your body, needs protein to maintain its strength. If your locks  feel weak and brittle, your diet and your hair may need some changes. Increase the protein content in your diet and your  hair-care products. Look for shampoo and conditioners containing egg white to really lock in moisture and make those strands stronger.


Unfortunately, whether it’s hot or cold outside, weather can suck the moisture out of your hair, which is  why we need to condition! Look for a conditioner with extra essential oils in order to replenish the moisture stripped from your hair through washing and exposure.
